Hi,
That error you are getting is in most cases related to a plugin. Try as a quick test to deactivate all your plugins (except theme plugins), check if this solves the problem.
Also make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks

Hi,
@Roman_Kiev So when you publish posts and they appear in the homepage, the homepage design get broken?
We could take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Mention what should we do to recreate the problem and see it. As many details as possible will be helpful. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks

Hi,
We are having this same problem and it is very frustrating. I created a new page with the composer. After I saved and closed it I got this error when trying to open it again.
I deleted the page and started all over again with exactly the same result. I can preview the page and it looks right, I just can’t open it with the composer.
@Montage Creative Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and mention the steps you are taking before the problem happens, starting from a new page. We will try to recreate it and see why it happens.
Hi Simon,
Thanks for the quick response. I have a few pages to create/update so appreciate it. I’m sending an email now.
I am getting a similar error always when I want to edit one particular page with the DivTag Page Builder! “Error at rows: 6(models) : 9(dom). The model does not match the content”
I have many pages on my site. But only this one page always throws this error when starting the DivTag PageBuilder.
The PageBuilder hangs when being invoked and displays this error on the top right corner.
So now I have a page that I cannot edit!!!
All other pages are fine.
I am using
Theme version 9.2.2
PHP version 5.4.45
Wordpress version 4.9.9
Stefan
Same error her since update this morning to 9.5:
Errors at columns elements: 10(models) : 14(dom). The model does not match the content
It must be a specific situation on that page because some others do work.
What to do?

Error at zones: 5(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content
@all Please see this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/after-updating-to-version-9-5-the-site-does-not-work/
If you use a child theme and copied the header.php file in it, note that the file has been modified by us in the latest update. Re-copy it from the main theme and redo your modifications or code additions. Serving the old file from a child theme can create issues. Let us know if there are still problems.
Hi Simion,
thanks for your response. I was really hopeful with your answer because we do use the child theme, however …. the used child theme files in your package are not changed in years and I didn’t add header.php.
So the “one million dollar question”: What now?
Hi Simion,
I searched over and over and found the issue: since 9.5 there is no blank template anymore, I switched and/or started using the Slider Revolution Blank Template instead. That caused the issue! When I switch to standard it works.
Next question (somehow I didn’t find on the forum): what can I do to make that page “blank”?
Hi,
I have the same problem too…
When I would like to edit page : Error at zones: 5(models) : 6(dom). The model does not match the content
In Child theme i don’t have any header.php. Only functions.php and one page.
And when i make new blank page : Error at zones: 5(models) : 6(dom). The model does not match the content
Indeed, the empty page template has been removed, now you can remove the header per page, using the header manager. An option will be added for the footer. If you require it, you can download it from here – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/page-empty.zip
Place it in the main theme folder, upload it by FTP for example
– http://prntscr.com/mo17zp
Then select it for the pages you want. The footer will be removed and the header can be disabled
– http://prntscr.com/mo17bw
Editing the revolution slider blank template with the composer will cause problems. That would be useful if you wish to display only a slider provided by the plugin, by entering it’s shortcode in the page content, in the backend – http://prntscr.com/mo18vk
Sorry for the inconvenience.
