and can’t know how to do it. Should I use a specific TagDiv Composer box or write code?

Sorry but in theme we don’t have yet such option , but you can use a plugin, you can chose one from here ( https://colorlib.com/wp/search-plugins-for-wordpress/ ) if you like one.

The rusult I would like to achieve is something like the http://www.greenmedinfo.com box. I would like to display “Search a Topic” on the bar but with a trasparent style (as in the above screenshots) or with a white backgroud but with a little % of opacity (too white is shocking 🙂 ). I tried to copy the “codes” from greenmedinfo and the results was not bad but the search command doesn’t work, of course.
To not download another plugin, in my opinion, I can create the search box with the widget section, as you suggested me.
