Hello, is there any way to upload the photo or adjust it to the type of block I put? Is that this type of block cuts me the photos and you can not see the face. The image that I put cuts the head of the person in half. Is there any way to adjust it to the image?

For better results please read this documentation about thumbs/images https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
and try to edit your image size for the blocks/modules you have use.
To edit the image you can use a resize online like http://www.resizenow.com/ro
