Hi,
When I make any change in Theme Panel and press Save Settings, the icon in the middle activates for ever! It gets stuck and the changes are not saved.

In some cases this was caused by insufficient resources

Or it could be a security setting, module or firewall as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings

Also if you use Wordfence try to set it on learning more

Hi, we have reviewed and experimented with your ideas but the problem still exists, ie, when I try to save a setting, I click Save Settings and the icon in the centre goes on forever! We need a solution ASAP.

Yep..I got the same problem, I can’t save changes in the them panel, I did a whole new WordPress installation, install the theme and necessary plugins. I can’t even save a logo after uploading. It just hangs with the squares going round and round forever. It was working before, I think it stopped after the last update.

Hey there, so I am using godaddy and have a firewall. Whitelisting my ip address solved my problem. I figured that out by opening the javascript console in developer tools in Chrome. Thought I’d share here. Thanks.
