Newspaper tagDiv Composer issue

Hi, does not work tagDiv Composer. When trying to switch to the composer, the following error appears: http://prntscr.com/l9hxgc (The page is not available, Site superyachttechnologynews.com did not send data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE).Could you help me to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

I’ve tried this. The status is ok for all parameters. but it is still not working. even did a fresh install. very frustrating.

Have you follow the guide carefully

maybe you need to increase the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT

Please provide some more details about your problem with tagDiv Composer, and some screenshots would be very helpful.
