In my website i have a “videogames” category.

there is a long post with videogames that come out during the week.
I don’t like it because the article is too long and is dispersive.
I just want to create a category with all games (ordered by realease date) where people can enter and immediately see a list of all outgoing videogames. Is that possible? the maximum would be to create a menu in the wordpress panel with the library of all video games and project it onto the category.

at the moment i can just create a post with all videogame inside or create a specific article for each videogame. I would not have a real searchable list though.
Someone have try to create a plugin but it’s ugly as hell and don’t work properly

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do something like this regarding on Games section, sorry! Also, we do not have any recommended plugin in this case, and also, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with our theme, sorry! As you can do, for your post games is to use the Smart List functionality to display more information for your every game into a post with a pagination. I know that function but it’s not what exaclty i mean…
I want to organize all games in a smart library.
Can you consider to add it in future update? that would be awesome. Maybe it’s also good for the gaming theme.
There’s another problem with the smart list function. I want to add Star Ratings. The smart list does not give me the chance to set ratings for each game. It does count everything as if it were one.
I also tryied with “Yet Another Stars Rating” plugin but the result is the same. Only 1 rating for the whole post.
Tried also ‘review template’ (cloud download) for add the stars but it takes away the smart list and has the usual problem described above.
What you suggest? For me the games library and stars rating are basically essential.
I do not think it would be difficult for you to implement a similar function :P.
It’s just a calendar with a list of outgoing games … otherwise I really don’t know how to do.
