On the homepage, blog posts repeat in each section, rather than showing all of the different blog posts. One blog post will repeat in all three sections. How do I change to show all of the current blog posts without any repeating on the home page?

You could activate the unique articles for that page

That will make sure there are no doubled posts displayed, but note that if there is pagination set for the blocks present in the page this setting is not recommended.
That would be the only way to have unique articles across the homepage grids and blocks, with a pagination restriction, however.

Using similar filtering and sorting in blocks and grids will lead to them displaying the same posts, that is normal.
If it’s necessary to use the same filtering and sorting, either use the unique articles setting, or the offset setting for each block

The homepage blocks and grids will show what you set them to show, according to the categories you choose in the filter settings

So basically every element currently in a page can be filtered differently. You can exclude categories from each element if needed (by IDs), example
