The hour glass never stops spinning when attempting to save a page. This prevents any further editing and requires a reload of TDC. Once reloaded, everything appears to have been saved that was edited prior to hitting the save button. Everything edited after hitting the save button is lost. This is intermittent and occurs randomly perhaps every 10th save. Works fine for most saves.

Could be caused by insufficient resources, may get worse in this case. There is a theme requirements guide that you could check

Those would be the recommended values for some server and WordPress parameters. The WP-memory can be set higher if possible. For most websites 256M would be enough.
