Please select tagDiv Builder Template from the theme panel or set a default template. The current page/post uses a template that is not editable.

Then please be notice that this is a custom post template ( https://www.screencast.com/t/ffjKxEEn8Z ) and you can not edit it with tagDiv Composer, only the template from the tagDiv Cloud Library
