Is it possible to display video ads before youtube videos? I really like using the youtube feature in the theme, but I really need to be able to display ads before them.

So ads before the featured video/image? With the predefined post templates that would not be possible unless modifying the template files and placing the ad code there.
With cloud post templates you could set an ad box before the post content or featured image/video element. You could experiment with cloud post templates. Here are all the available ones at the moment (preview and even edit them)
