Hi,
Could be caused by the Cloudflare rocket loader, same as in this topic

That is usually the case, disabling it should solve the sliding issue

It can be a plugin conflict, please deactivate the cache plugin you have and clear all cache.
If there is still a problem, please provide a link were I can inspect the problem.
