Feature Images for Mega Menu & Author Image not showing

I am on WordPress 5.0.2 & Newspaper V 9.2.2
Site lastdna.com can not display feature images on mega menu and author images in single post.
Please give a solution to this problem.
P.S.: I have disabled lazyload animations.
I have purged and reset all the caches from plugin and CDN.

Hi,

Please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

Could be caused by the Cloudflare rocket loader

Did everything you mentioned but my problem is not solved.

You have set an inline width and height with 1px

Please deactivate all plugins, clear all cache and try again.
Also please purge CDN.

Please use this css to force the width
.sf-menu img {
width: 100%;
}
