Try to disable lazy loading from theme panel>template settings. I also found I had the same problem on mac.

Thank you so much my friend I think the problem is over

Epic, thanks for the input.

If disabling lazy loading solves the problem, perhaps someone from tagdiv can tell us why this happens? I got this problem when updated the theme to the most recent version and didn’t know what to do and had to revert to the backup earlier this day. Would appreciate if the issue can be solved without switching off some functions.

Hi,

The lazyload issues were fixed in theme version 9.2.1, changelog here
https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609
https://www.screencast.com/t/PpqJRYrZRo

After updating most users reported the issue is fixed.

If you have updated to that version, cleared all caches including browser cache and there is still a problem when the lazyload is active, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks

Hi @Simion. I tested my own site’s homepage on 2g network with lazy loading enabled and the images did not load. But they are loading on 3g and 4g connection. That is very interesting…

Hi,

We did test on slower network connections with the mobile emulator, seemed to work well with the modifications made to the lazyload. But not on an actual 2G network. Other than the mobile emulator we would have no means to make a test with a 2G network.

Hi, Has the problem been resolved? Yes, how can I go to update 9.2.1 and thank you

Hi,

You can update to 9.2.2, this is the latest theme version. The lazyload was modified in order to fix potential problems that happened in the previous version. You can download the theme package from themeforest and update the theme, here is a guide

Thanks
