Hello, I realized that this newspaper is 9. Should it be bought again? I have version 8.5, can I update wordpress to 5.0? or should I buy Newspaper 9.0?

No, you don’t have to pay.
Update your WordPress to the latest vesion (5.0.2).
Download the latest version of the Newspaper theme (9.2.2) from your themeforest.net account.
Update the Newapaper theme on your site via FTP: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
