How to add pagination on homepage

Hi,

how to add pagination on the Homepage..Currently, I am having only the following options:

1. next prev ajax
2. Load more button
3. Infinite Loading
I want to add 1,2,3 and URL’s should change when clicking on them.

Thanks I got it now after installing Cloud Library Element Plugin.

However, I want that on paginated pages(https://www.techuntold.com/page/2/, https://www.techuntold.com/page/3/ etc.) only this block shows up and everything else should not be there.
