I have the same problem. The thumbnails have disappeared in all blocks.

They disappeared from now on while I was editing the page.
Maybe the problem occurred after using regenerate thumbnails, because I’m not sure anymore
try disabling the lazyload, it might work.
lazyload is not active.

Please make sure that you have the last version of the theme ( v 9.2.2), and all theme plugins are updated.
Also please make sure that you have the last version of the theme, and all theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide

My problem is solved. I was wrong in assuming that the skin would not show the thumbs properly. The plugin “reSmush.it Image Optimizer” destroyed the regenerated thumbs again and again. I assume that the support has disabled the plugin in his test, so the restoration worked for them but not for me.
