– WordPress: version 4.9.9 to 5.0.2
– Newsmag: version 3.3.1 to 4

Hi,
First of all, you should make a full back-up to your database and then update the theme via FTP way, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
