Some elements won't load in TD Composer

Hi,

Some of the elements in TD Composer are showing a continuous loading bar.

I’ve checked the theme status and tried everything in the guide at this link https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ with no luck.

Any ideas?

Hi,

First thing to check would be the requirements guide (note the code at the bottom of the guide)

Next would be to investigate plugins, make a quick test and deactivate them all except theme plugins. Check if this has any effect.
If you made any modifications to theme files directly or by a child theme, or added various codes in the theme files or theme panel, temporarily remove them and check again.

If you already tried or checked these, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. Please include a link to this topic in the email. Mention what exactly we should check.
