I searched and couldn’t find a forum topic or anything in the learning docs that dealt with this ….
I would like to edit the menu that is at the top of Block 1. I found the Block Header Template in Block Settings but it does not allow me to edit the menu items that are displayed. A template without any menu items or the All dropdown would be ideal. Absent that, a template that displays the Main Menu, as configured, would be acceptable.

It can display categories, authors, tags and a popularity filter

Each block can display the ajax filter. When a filter is selected by default it will display all the available items.
So for example when enabled and set by categories, by default all the categories you have will be shown. However the categories that appear there can be controlled by entering specific category IDs
