TagDiv Composer Deactivate Randomly

Hi Support, I have two website using the same Newspaper theme. Both using same wordpress version 4.9.9, however only one of my website automatic deactivate TagDiv Composer plugin. Then, I download latest version of theme from themeforest and update all plugin to latest version. But unfortunately issue still there. TagDiv’s plugin will still automatically deactivate itself. Is there anyway to disable auto deactivate function?

Hi,

Please make sure that all requirements for theme are well set
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also is possible that you have some extra plugin that create some conflicts with tagDiv Composer, you can make a test, deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and see if this is still happening.

Hi Calin, thanks for your help. My website issue has been resolved by adding the following codes on the bottom of root .htaccess.

<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
