Wrong Theme downloaded

I get a message that the home page was not created by TagDiv? So I can’t edit it. So I must have downloaded the wrong theme. I need help with this!!! Every time I click on the edit with TagDiv, a sign pops up stating that ” This page was not created by TagDiv”.Do I have the correct Newspaper 9 Theme?

Hi,

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower.

If there is still a problem ,we could take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and mention the circumstances in which the issue happens or steps to take to reproduce it. Include a link to this topic in the email.
