PHP Warning

I am repeatedly getting the following in my error_log and seems to be maxing out the sites resources

PHP Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/aglcxlpdayf8/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_block.php on line 1395

Do you know what may be causing this.

I am having a big problem.

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is there anything that you know of that I need to check into.

We have disabled the theme and that solved the problem. However, I would like to use it.

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
