How To Update Theme? Does It Mess Up Content?

Hello. Pretty new at using this wonderful, feature-packed theme.

Just wondering how to update the theme when I get an email notification that a new version is available?

Also, when you do perform an update, does any content you already have in place get messed up?

The developers recommend to update the theme via FTP.

Your content will not be lost, but please note that if you have modifications to the theme code they will be lost. You have to reapply them after the update is over.
