I can not download image to put in the posts – is giving the message – json incompatible – the image is jpg

First please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Please provide some more details about this problem, also some screenshots would be very helpful!
