my site uses newspaper theme but i want to make the whole site fluid width.
so how can do? please help me?

So if I’m right fluid width means that the width will be 100% from the device size, if so then the simplest way to get it full width everywhere is to create or import full width templates from the cloud library plugin. There is no one single button push. You have to import a post style and set it as the default post template in the theme panel post settings, then you need to import a category template that is full width and set that one as the default category template. The same for tags, author pages etc:

Unfortunately that will be little tricky to achieve, you’ll need to remove the single post feature image from post template and set it manually in each post were you want to have that style
