This is the Third time I have Installed Demo Theme “SAY WHAT?” on the same Domain Name, on day 1 of installation everything works fine but on next day when I try to open the url, I only see the dysfunctional menu. Please help as it has wasted too much of my time already. my website url is nextcelebrity.com

What exactly is this dysfunctional menu? the menu should remain the one you set

Maybe you mean that the menu is the only thing visible in the website?
That could be caused by not meeting the theme requirements

Please check the guide carefully and make modifications where needed.
