Hello, now I’m using newspaper lifestyle in my blog. The question is, how can I add the author name like this in my blog?

That is a cloud template. The lifestyle demo uses a cloud template for the posts

In cloud templates the author element has an option to display the author photo and size properties for it – http://prntscr.com/mmn7d8
Default templates don’t have such an option, only cloud library post templates.
