The recommended settings for WP Super Cache are very out of date.
Please update for WP Super Cache version 1.6.4

Sorry for that, it is true that the settings in the super cache plugin have changed in newer versions. We will update the guide accordingly. If you have questions about setting it up let me know.

The new theme documentation is almost ready, it will contain the updated guide for this plugin as well. Sorry for the inconvenience.
