problems with the tagdiv composer

Hello, when I want to edit the homepage with tagdiv composer it is loading and does not allow me to enter. I have version 5.0.3 of wordpress and I have the plugin installed. Any solution?

Hi,

So you meant the tagDiv composer. First please check the theme requirements guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Insufficient resources can cause problems. Be sure to edit with the tagDiv composer only pages that were built with it, or empty pages.
Note the code provided at the end of the guide, enter it in the htaccess file.

If the problem remains, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can check it. Also cPanel so we can check the server settings. Include a link to this topic in the email.
