Dear
I’ve been having a lot of problems with your system with WordPress.
1 – Identical that the site is slow loading pages. We’ve already talked to our provider, we’ve updated your premises and it’s still slow.
2 – Many occurrences as presented below:
Error 503 Backend fetch failed
Backend fetch failed
Guru Meditation:
XID: 27693581

What can be done to make navigation faster and avoid these errors?

We are already thinking of having to buy another theme, since these errors are serious for our work.

Thank you in advance if we can find a workable solution.

Hi,

1. I made some investigation to your website and your website is set in an frame -> https://www.screencast.com/t/bhtyTSgxxg why? this is the normal set -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ZxFJyE0Ep1p
Also your site load all resource three times -> https://www.screencast.com/t/FLdGqivF when the normal load for all resource is one single time -> https://www.screencast.com/t/pV9LGRqIy
Please make sure that you install correct the theme and you do not have any plugins that provide this conflict.

2.Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Please add this code in the .htaccess , file at the end of the file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c> SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M </IfModule>

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you for your understanding
