How I say the problem with blue background flash is form the jetpack plugin, please deactivate that plugin, clear all cache and try again.

Is definitely not Jetpack, because I have other sites with Jetpack that is not happening. It just happens only to my sites that use your theme.
Foodanddating.com – uses another theme and has Jetpack
Fyxes.com – uses your theme and has Jetpack
Findigits.com – uses your theme and has Jetpack
By the way, I disabled the plugin as you suggested and that didn’t fix it.
