I have purchased the newspaper and had a web developer install it. There are changes I would like to make to the home page. In the right column I would like the International News Tab reflect the layout in sample website.
I can probably do myself with some practice; is there a dummy site I can practice with?

This can be achieve using tagDiv Composer.
