I using AMP for WP in 1 years. It’s good plugin but I don’t like this plugin’s themes and speed. I want to use tagdiv orginal AMP theme. I update 9.6 today. After I upload mobile theme and tagdiv AMP. I follow this steps https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ step by step. But mobile theme and AMP is not working. …doing so, the amp page (url/amp/) is displayed only on the desktop, while visiting article from mobile it is redirected to the standard url.
the only way to see the amp pages on mobile is to disable SHOW ON AMP on the mobile plugin, but in this way you will see the page without css.
The problem is common to many users in the forum

Also now the url/amp will not longer work like in the preview version ( if you are using mobile theme/amp); because now is an automatic amp, and will be display in mobile layout, not amp layout.

I followed to the letter of course everything but the new plugin with amp does not work.
In this way, like many other users, I detect problems with the test amp https://search.google.com/test/amp
The only way to get the amp pages is to exclude SHOW ON AMP in the mobile theme settings getting a horrible amp page without style css. But currently this is the only possible choice to not have problem with google webmaster with amp articles.

Unfortunately I do not know what will be the feature from update.
Also for the url/amp appear in source page, so google will still detect it.
