I would like to change two things in the mobile front page.

1. The text(red square): I would like to have “Latest Posts.” turn into “News”
2. The image(red square): is it possible to delete images so that I can only see Title & Excerpts from mobile front page?
I do understand that currently the page needs to be edited by “Mobile Editor” for mobile screen.
Since I have zero coding knowledge, I would like to know if there’s a more friendly interface where I can make adjustments.

Hi,
1. You could translate that in the theme panel, translation settings

2. If that placeholder is displayed it means that the post has no featured image
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
This means that all modules in blocks and grids will display a placeholder image
– http://prntscr.com/mxrgud
It would be best to try and set featured images for the posts, so that the module can display this image instead of the placeholder.
