Hi there,
I have a Multisite, and I have enabled TagDiv cloud templates on the multiste list of plugins.
One ONE of my sub-sites it works as expected.
One others it doesn’t show the button to load the cloud libraries, BUT the template I downloaded earlier is there, and I can edit it with The TagDiv composer. Screenshot
On another one just won’t load at all, HTTP error 500.
I’ve tried disabling on all sub-sitesand just running from multisite. I’ve tried disabling multisite and actiavting on all sub-sites. I’ve tried combinations of this. Same result.
What’s the correct configuration, and if I broke something already, how can I recover?
Hi,
In some previous cases (add new button now showing or 500 errors – not multisite) this was caused by low WordPress memory. If possible try to increase the memory to for example 256M or higher

Then check again.
Thanks
That didn’t help, tried 386M.
That’a s lot of memory just to make one theme work btw, that could limit my server capabilities visitor throughput.
When the button is missing from it’s usual place, does it appear here by any chance?

We are currently investigating such an issue, seems to happen in some specific cases. In a multisite environment we have made no tests with the cloud plugin unfortunately. A solution will be found for the issue I mentioned as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I’m pretty syre I found the problem, it’s memory. I made another post here about memory where I can reproduce the error 500 and the missing button depending on how much memory PHP is allocated.
There is an “Add” button in the menu where you show your screenshot, but it adds a wordpress template and does NOT open the Cloud Template library.
It’s solved with this solution: Solution
