I have two problems:
The first one, when I upload an image, other ones appear in different formats automatically.
Example: image-test.jpg (real size: 600×400 px)
But we have also: image-test-324×160.jpg, image-test-356×220.jpg, image-test-485×360.jpg, …
The second one, the images that are loaded in the home page are from the other formats, but not from the original image.

1. Our theme make thumbs for each block/module and that is way you have more then one image created.

2. Please make sure that when you set an image you set it to full size -> https://www.screencast.com/t/P8gvWIMUM
Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

About the second, I set all images to full size. My question is how to turn off resize thumbnail ( feature image ) and it will only use photo uploaded in post ?

Indeed that demo do not use the thumbs size, that demo have a problem and we’ll fix it as soon as possible, if you want to have the same results you can replace the blocks with flex blocks, on those you can change the image size and set it on full size
