High loads for the server, when you deactivate theme load stops.
From hosing company said that the database cpu load.
What could be the problem?

You can also use several plugins for WordPress that track down *which plugins* are using the most system resources. JetPack is a huge culprit, most often, which is why we don’t use it here.
