Help! Need someone who knows Newspaper and Admanager integration

I desperately need someone who knows AdManager and Newspaper integration. Our banners don’t read in right on mobile. I have tried hiring someone for the last year to resolve and have had no luck. This is my last effort before i ditch Newspaper and move on to another wordpress template.
Let me know if there is someone I can hire to look at this. I am not a programmer or wordpress guru and need help fixing this. Appreciate anyone’s help.

Hi,

Please provide some more details for this problem and a link were I can inspect this problem; what banners do not work on mobile? also our theme do not need a plugin for ads ( also the Admanager plugin is not tested with our theme ); please check our documentation for ads and make sure that you set the ads/banners like in our examples -> https://www.screencast.com/t/tXYKp6Isni -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
