9.6.1 update has removed AMP functionality

Hi,

I have updated to 9.6.1 and have been trying to get it to work for the last two days.
I am not planning on using the mobile theme, and sadly the AMP just does not work.
I’ve already gotten multiple emails from Google telling me no pages have AMP anymore.

Your suggested caching plugin ‘WP Super Cache’ doesn’t seem to have the required persistent object caching that is recommended by the new AMP plugin itself.

My entire website now no longer has AMP and I’m very frustrated by this.

Please look into this and get a fix/update out ASAP.

This update has been disastrous and very frustrating.

Is there a way to roll back to an older version?
