Unable to open Cloud Templates

Hello,

All of a sudden, I’m now not able to open up Cloud Templates, I get the following message:

This page isn’t working [site] is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Server details:
Server software: Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
WP Memory Limit: 128 MB/request
WP version: 5.1.1
Theme version: 9.6
Tag Div Cloud Library: Version 1.0 BETA | built on 06.03.2019 12:47

Hi,

The 500 errors problem in most cases is caused by low wp-memory or old php version.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.

Please make update to the last version theme, v9.6.1
