today, 12/04, we published an important article on ciudademarketing.com.br – analyzing our measurement mechanisms – I noticed that in 15 minutes the news had been published – however, Google in indexing quoted that the content had been published 4hours ago.
in contact with Google experts – they have recommended that I contact the app’s developers to understand what’s happening. Is this an application or server problem? I await a return,
was a publication made today about the collapse of two buildings in Rio;
http://www.cidademarketing.com.br/marketing/2019/04/12/urgente-dois-predios-desabam-na-zona-oeste-do-rio-de-janeiro/
quickly the subject was indexed (formerly this type of publication would generate meaningful traffic – today was a minuscule move) – only in the indexing that was to be cited by Google as being 18 minutes ago – appeared 5 hours ago; in a new search for the title of the story appears that the news was published 2h ago (this would be the correct chronology). What’s happening? What timeline is this one Google-oriented that quotes in a moment 5h ago (wrong); 2h ago correct); Does it influence my traffic? can someone help me by analyzing the access coverage of my site?

Look this:

I published this story about mcdonald’s – on 12/04 – 05:06 p.m.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1-CvH-_wSEpuuSF3qGrSinbKNDa1rM0Du
by the relevance of our site – Google indexed very fast and put the status that the article would have been published 13 hours ago (search done by “site: <url address>); Google indexed the page citing that it had been published 3 hours ago.

https://drive.google.com/open?id=14jHNRvVjr04WCW9TplzfIrFR660vCzzT
Initially I thought it was a problem from our server – with errors in the hours.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Pb16dKgeZz5DWq9Go6uZ7unFsCceBUQN
Dialoging with Google – I received the information that the error is part of our application.
How should I resolve this issue as soon as possible? Our access has fallen and I believe that the main reason is this.
thanks

good night. I made some changes to the settings in the control panel – and I noticed that the time zone was correct: SÃO PAULO – BRAZIL.
Before the hours quoted in UTC – I changed to UTC-3 – in front of this, the times of the publication via Google indexation were correct when looking for news headline. When I do a site search: <URL address> – I submitted a change from 18hours ago.
one issue has been fixed and one continues to have errors in the indexing time zone.

good night. Even with UTC -3 change – the error persists. I just made a post and Google indexed it 3 hours ago.
I browsed Google through https://twitter.com/dannysullivan and he reported me that Google story dated March 11, 2019. I share with you here.

Hi,
Unfortunately, until now, we do not have any bad reports in this case, sorry! Please notice that our theme uses the basic and default WordPress functionality when you public a post and it takes the WordPress time zone and also, doesn’t change it, sorry! Please try to switch your website to a default theme and check if the problem will persist or not. Also, check your plugins list and remove all of the untested ones because might be some interferences between them which causes a lot of unknown issues.
Thank you!
Catalin,
Good Morning. Forgive me – the error is not from our site – I can not go back to the basic mode because we have traffic, clients and many people who access our news. That solution is impossible. I have no doubt that this is an application error for the São Paulo, Recife or Fortaleza time zone – all of these are within my city and region reality.
Please, please pay attention to this case so we can try to solve it together – it can be a problem not only mine – but collective. I can deactivate the plugins to check for some error – but I do not think that’s the solution either. I await a return, thanks
Catalin,
the problem is not just from my site – but a collective error look this
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/timezone-not-working-in-meta/
Hello, Adrian e Bogdan
this problem is collective. I’m also having the same error – and this is a flaw in the theme – the time zone does not work, causing a terrible error when indexing and delivering our news in Google News. I look forward to a return to solution. thanks
In the Google forum – the information is that the error part of the application – theme.
“As a user I see the date of publication, but I did not find the time.
I see datetime = “2019-04-12T07: 50: 18 + 00: 00″ in the code of your page, if I am not mistaken, this corresponds to three and fifty in the morning. ”
The time zone for Recife, Fortaleza and São Paulo – do not work. Changing to UTC -3 – also appears as erratic. In that case -3 would regularize and deliver our news within the correct time zone of my region.
Imagine I publish a story now – and the code presented 13 hours ago – 3 hours ago. For search engines and Google News – this becomes irrelevant.
Hi,
I feel sorry, but please notice that’s not a theme related problem, unfortunately! Please notice that functionality works for thousands of users and if there was a problem, this forum was full with that problem but it is not. Please check your server configuration, the time setup from your dedicated server, WordPress time zone and all of the settings regarding on the time zone. Also, check your used plugins. Maybe, some of them might interact with the theme core files and break the time. We do not recommend to use untested plugins because we cannot test all of the plugins for good working with the theme. Also, if you are still unhappy with our theme, please request a full refund here-> https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will approve it as soon as possible.
Thank you for understanding!
Search Console is still recovering from the indexing issue we reported on last week. As a result, index coverage and enhancement reports were not updated recently & URL Inspector might not reflect live status, at the moment.

Catalin, thank you. I am not dissatisfied – I just reported a flaw that exists on my site and that I believe would be of great importance an analysis of the team responsible for the topic. I already deactivated the plugins – the time zone – does not change as planned for São Paulo, Recife and Fortaleza – in Brazil. thanks!
Catalin, good morning. I still need help.
I’ve already deactivated all the plugins on my site – and the theme still continues to deliver a different time zone from the timeline of my region.
I need help closer to the support – about this case.
Contacting the Google technical team – Searching for “datetime” using Ctr-F – for Recife, São Paulo and Fortaleza – does not deliver a correct date.
please help me!
can we do a test with some publication in conjunction with the support? Thanks very much.
Hi,
Good Morning. thank you for listening I needed to change the settings for UTC +4 – with this Google began to recognize the Brazilian time zone correctly. For the São Paulo, Recife and Fortaleza spindles – as it was configured – it made an absurd difference in Google indexing.
Apparently everything went back to normal. I will continue to monitor. Thank you for the attention and availability of help. I close this demand here.
