I’m having a problem with my site taking a long time to load images.
I’ve checked with other themes, and the images load in almost instantly, but on the Newspaper theme, I’m finding myself waiting a long time just to see them appear.
Is there a way to get this sorted out, as I don’t want to have to change themes, but this is looking bad for the site, especially as we are currently looking for advertisers in the print version of our newspaper.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2

Thanks, I’ll go through all of that, but found a vast improvement changing from PHP 7.3 to 7.2
