What kind of theme version you are using? In most cases, those errors appear when you are using an old theme version, sorry! Please notice that we recommend updating the theme to the latest version of it via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, if the problem persists after you have updated the theme, please put the wp_debug to true and check what kind of errors and warnings do you receive.

Everything bang up to date. Updated via ftp and cleared caches etc. wp_debug to true shows the same message.

Also, please make sure when you update the theme to the latest version of it. First of all, you need to make a full backup to your database and then, you have to remove your old theme and then add the new theme folder which contains the latest version of the theme.
