Hi,

First set the header style to default (header style 1) then go to theme colors and set the header background color to white, like this: http://screencast.com/t/W79xcBpoG9h

Hi,

I’m not sure how behaves in your case, could you please make sure that this also happens when you deactivate all plugins. Please do so and also empty cache files and also purge files if you use any CDN host service.
If this still dose not solve your issue please make sure you have the latest theme version (1.1) installed and make sure you updated it like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/
If you do have the latest theme version please give us wp-access so we can check this and send your login details at contact@tagdiv.com including a link to this topic or specify your issue in details.
