Request: Second Filter (by Date) for Widgets etc.

Hello,

I just switched to the Newspaper Theme and like it a lot. But it has one downside against my old theme, Meks Voice: There is no second Filter for Widgets etc., which decreases the possibilities of the Widget-Areas.

In Voice, I could say for example: “Display Most commented within (Day, Week, Month, 6 Month, Year)”. In Newspaper, this does not seem to be possible, there is only the 7-day-option which does not seem to work correctly.

Or am I wrong? If not, I was very glad if you could put in such a filter to make more sophisticated sidebar-areas. Or please explain, if it’s already possible. Thanks 🙂

Hi,

Unfortunately we do not have that type of filter, sorry!
What can I do is to note this type of filter on our suggestions list for features.
