I’ve double checked that all admins on my site are correctly creating the tagdiv galleries per the instructions online, yet whenever a gallery is created, no one can actually click through to look at the images—instead, it is stuck on the first image alone. How can we resolve this?

Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
