1. The page content is not loaded in mobile theme. The page is loaded normally by deactivating mobile theme. What is wrong with the mobile theme?
2. by using mobile theme, how to set the offset number to skip some post in front page, so that the ‘featured’ category post is not loaded twice?

1)Please notice that the Mobile theme has a special layout for mobile and all the pages which were made with TD Composer will not be rendered on Mobile. Please check the documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ if you want to understand the mobile theme functionality.
2)Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to skip some posts, sorry! The first section will displays the posts from the FEatured category and the second section will display you the Latest posts. If you want to make some changes over that front page, you need to do it yourself through the theme core files from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0o56u3ASy3

I have checked again your website URL on mobile and it seems to return good results. Also, I saw that you are using the Newsmag with Mobile Theme, right? If you want to achieve the general responsive theme behavior, you need to disable the Mobile Theme and also, all of the untested plugins which you are using, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2KN7FmCmCVG Remove and clear all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

I have followed your recommendations, I deactivated all plugins you have suggested, and it still did not work. (This is weird, you suggested me to disable the plugin just because your theme is not compatible, including security plugin? I suggest, your team should come up with a better solution rather than asking user like me to disable their plugins). Nevertheless, as I pointed before, I have no problem of using the responsive theme as mobile theme cannot load the page content built in TagDiv composer, although it make me a little bit disappointed. But, again, it still did not work.
I am afraid that maybe your team still working in upgrading this theme (Newsmag). I have sent my request for refund and I got a notification for approval. I am waiting for my refund to buy the other theme built by your company (I have to say, I like your theme, but I did not expect that problems). Maybe your other theme, Newspaper, will have a different story. Thank you very much.
