Whenever I update any options from theme panel, the settings doesn’t get saved. When I click on SAVE SETTINGS button, the loader just gets stuck spinning.

In most cases the issue is caused by one of the cases below:
Could be caused by insufficient resources

In this case the hosting provider should be able to increase them.
Or it could be a security setting, module or firewall, as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings
