Please let me know and also provide a link to a post that has comments as I haven’t managed to find one.
3. You can change the template like showed below and move the latest articles to the beginning of the page and the page builder below the articles.
Edit the page-pagebuilder-latest.php file and move this part: http://screencast.com/t/44ijcHGT to the bottom of the file like this: http://screencast.com/t/Iqj80diz2H
After this use the “Pagebuilder + latest articles + pagination” template and add widgets using Visual Composer.

This happens due to the disqus plugin which you use for your comments system. Please make sure that you use this settings: http://screencast.com/t/KCJdp1jaw then empty all cache then give it a while and see if this is still happening, also make sure that you manually export and sync you comments: http://screencast.com/t/MA1k4wgJ
