I have read other post with ZERO help except understand what a 500 error is. That’s not going to help. The problem is the PLUGIN. It’s the ONLY plugin that causes my site to crash to a 500 error. I just purchased this but regretting it because there is absolutely ZERO anything. Nothing works. The Free themes look and feel better. I have to be missing something?

The 500 errors problem in most cases is caused by low wp-memory or old php version.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
